We help men reach their sexual performance potential

But who are we?

And how did we end up creating Regional Queensland’s only dedicated men’s health clinic?

Who? Why?

Our Mission

When Dr Philippe and Dr Jonny got chatting over beers one evening, they realised their shared ambition to improve erectile dysfunction options for men in Regional Queensland.

As a GP in Townsville, Dr Jonny felt incredibly frustrated with the lack of options he could offer his patients. There were simply no innovative treatments available in the Regional Queensland, unless patients had the money to travel to metro areas.

Urologist Dr Philippe was keen to start to offering new and innovative treatments to his patients, but needed a General Practitioner to bridge the gap in the patient journey between GP and Specialist Urologist. So the solution was obvious…

Another round?

Well yes, but also Verve Men’s Clinic of course!

Dr Jonny VERVE CLINICAL DIRECTOR

General Practitioner MBChB, BSc (Hons), FRACGP

(AHPRA Reg No MED0001525950)

Dr Jonathan Fenton is a UK-trained General Practitioner, with extensive experience in Diabetes Management, Men’s Health and Sexual Health.

Dr Jonny relocated to tropical North Queensland from Ireland, having completed his medical degree at the University of Glasgow, Scotland.  He then moved to London where he worked within King’s College Hospital’s renowned sexual health department, leading the way in treatments for sexually-transmitted infections and prevention strategies for their spread.

Seeking warmer climes, Dr Jonny moved to Melbourne for two years to work in Eastern Health’s Emergency and Intensive Care Departments before returning to Scotland to embark on his General Practitioner training within the NHS. Here he excelled within a number of areas including Sexual Health, Psychiatry and Obstetrics before qualifying in 2015 as a General Practitioner.

In 2017 Dr Jonny made the move back to Australia and this time calls Queensland home. Now a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, he works in Townsville as a GP and now at Verve Men’s Clinic. As a new Australian citizen, Dr Jonny is excited to combine his love of sexual health and men’s health, to offer new and revolutionary erectile dysfunction treatments to men in regional Queensland in a medically-safe and professional manner.

Dr Jonny is passionate about normalising conditions such as erectile dysfunction, to encourage men to seek advice and assistance for the good of their sexual and mental health. Dr Jonny now offers non-surgical procedures to regional Queenslanders which can improve patient intimate relationships, confidence and overall health.

Dr Jonny is excited to be able to offer these treatments to men in a safe and medically-administered way by combining his GP skills with Dr Philippe Wolanski’s Urological Surgery experience.

Every patient is unique and results may vary. Invasive procedures carry risks which need to be discussed with your doctor to ensure you are fully informed and realistic outcomes have been explained. We recommend seeking a second opinion from an appropriately qualified health practitioner for all medical procedures.
